Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and People.market ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of the People.market website, mobile applications, smart contracts, and all related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally capable of entering a binding contract. You must not be resident in or accessing the Services from any jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. You are solely responsible for determining whether using the Services is lawful where you are.

People.market provides a SocialFi platform on the Solana blockchain through which creators may launch personal tokens, users may buy and sell those tokens via an automated bonding curve, and users may earn tokens by completing creator-set tasks. We provide software, a web and mobile interface, and smart contracts.

People.market is not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange operator, money transmitter, custodian, investment adviser, asset manager, or financial institution of any kind. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not hold your assets or private keys. We are not a counterparty to any trade — trades execute on-chain against our smart contracts. Creator tokens are not securities, shares, deposits, investment contracts, or financial products of any kind, and nothing on the Services is an offer or solicitation to purchase or sell any security or investment product.

You access the Services using your own Solana-compatible wallet. You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We have no ability and will never attempt to access, freeze, reverse, recover, or transfer your assets. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. If you lose access to your wallet, neither we nor anyone else can recover it for you.

Certain features require account registration and verification of your social accounts through official OAuth sign-in. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Each eligible creator may launch one personal token with a fixed maximum supply of 100,000,000 units that can never be increased or re-minted.
• Token prices are determined algorithmically by a public bonding curve. Buying causes the price to rise; selling causes it to fall. Prices are volatile and are set entirely by the market — not by us, not by the creator.
• A significant portion of each creator's supply is subject to on-chain vesting and cannot be sold until it unlocks, which reduces but does not eliminate risk.
• A token may graduate to open-market trading on a third-party decentralised exchange (Raydium) once the full public launch allocation is sold. After graduation, liquidity pool tokens are burned and no party can withdraw liquidity.
• Creator tokens are access and utility tokens only. They are not shares, securities, deposits, debt instruments, or investment products. No profit, income, return, or liquidity is promised or implied.
• You transact entirely at your own risk. You must read the Risk Disclosure before trading.

Creators may post tasks and fund them from their community pool. Completing tasks earns you tokens from that pool. Rewards are subject to verification. We may withhold or claw back rewards obtained through fraud, automation, or bad faith. Creators set their own tasks and are responsible for delivering any promised perks — People.market does not guarantee creator performance. Task rewards are not income, employment compensation, or a promise of financial return.

Platform fees apply to trading and launching tokens. The applicable fee is always displayed before you confirm a transaction. Solana network fees are paid to the blockchain and not to us. We may update fees on reasonable notice.

If you launch a token, you represent and warrant that: you are the person or authorised representative of the identity you verify; you will not impersonate any individual or entity; you are solely responsible for all promises, tasks, and perks you offer your community; you will not manipulate your token's price or mislead holders; you will comply with all applicable laws; and your use of the platform does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Manipulate markets, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump schemes, or coordinated manipulation of any token's price.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to snipe launches, farm tasks, or gain unfair advantages.
• Commit fraud, engage in money laundering, or use the Services in connection with any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post, upload, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Exploit, attack, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the smart contracts or platform infrastructure.
• Circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable sanctions, export controls, or AML regulations.

The People.market name, logo, interface, and software are owned by or licensed to People.market. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it for operating the Services. To report intellectual property infringement, contact support@people.market.

The Services depend on third parties we do not control, including the Solana network, Raydium, wallet providers, and external data feeds. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, or security incidents.

Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is for general information only. You are solely responsible for your trading and financial decisions and for determining and settling any taxes that arise from your activity.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services or smart contracts are free of bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, People.market and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the total platform fees you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless People.market and its team from and against all claims, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, content you submit, your breach of these Terms, or your token launch activities.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the interface at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if required to comply with law. Your on-chain assets remain in your self-custody wallet and are not affected by any suspension of your interface access.

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in advance.

People.market is an early-stage global platform and has not yet established a fixed jurisdiction of incorporation. The governing law and the forum for resolving disputes will be specified here before public launch. Until then, the parties will seek in good faith to resolve any dispute directly. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws that apply where you live.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
